Sales & Marketing Management: 

• Partner of financial services and long term care technology consulting firm.  Responsibilities include running day-to-day operations and leading all sales and marketing initiatives.  Company has client list that includes a full range of company sizes, from Fortune 100 companies to small firms with fewer than 20 employees.  Since 2000, we have provided services to approximately 80 different organizations, mostly banks, mortgage companies and credit unions, and generated over $10 million in revenue. 
• Senior Vice President at a software development and consulting services company.  Managed the Support and Services division for the mortgage banking products and responsibilities included leading project management services, customer support, quality assurance, training, documentation and applications development.  Division included four (4) managers and 22 associates. 
• Member of software vendor’s Executive Operating Committee, responsible for corporate direction and day-to-day operations.  Prepared business plans, sales forecasts and budgets for a corporation with over $15 million of annual revenue.   

Project Manager: 

• Project manager for mortgage software client implementations with budgets ranging from 150 thousand to 1 million with 3 months to 1-year life cycles.  Responsible for business requirements; estimating, scope and schedule definition, execution and project closure.  Projects included business reengineering and custom software development
• Led software development effort of a full featured, mortgage loan origination software solution.  This product was designed to automate the entire origination process from point-of-sale through post-closing and secondary marketing.  Development effort was 12 months with a $1.5 million budget and a team of seven (7).
• Led software development effort of a mortgage closing system.  This product was used to automate a bank’s 50+ remote closing attorneys and agents.  Development effort was 18 months with a $1.0 million budget and a team of four (4).
• Implementation Manager for 8 installations of the above-mentioned mortgage loan origination software solution.  Mentor to other Implementation Managers for deployment of this product.  Total installations from 1997 through 1999 were 22.
• Led business analysis and system audit reviews of clients’ use of our software products and operating environment.

Business / Programmer Analyst:

• Provide development, quality control and installation of custom applications using the MLS proprietary tool.  Lead programmer for the maintenance of the company’s legacy mortgage origination solution.
• Participated in programming effort of mortgage closing system using communication scripting language and proprietary toolkit.

Customer Service

• Senior member of a customer service team that provided front-line help desk support to clients’ IS personnel.  Support included technical, business and infrastructure issues.  The number of clients exceeded 125 and individual call volume exceeded 100 issues per month. 

• Certified Mortgage Banker® designation earned in 2011.  One of only about 1,200 awarded since 1973.
• 2006 graduate of Mortgage Banker’s Association’s Future Leader’s Program
• Authored numerous articles for industry publications including Real Estate Technology News, Inside Mortgage Profitability, Mortgage Technology, National Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Professional and the Scotsman Guide.
• Speaker at industry conferences regarding technology including Credit Union InfoTech, Credit Union Services & Products, Credit Union Fraud & Risk, LSN, ACHA Winter Marketplace and ACHCA Convocation. 
• Active member of MBA ResTech, MBAC, MBAG and VMLA.
